Workout diary: Session #18, June 20th
a) Warm up @ 5min jog on treadmill
b) Clean & Jerk @ 5 sets:
1-3rd set @ 12 reps @ 14 lbs
4th & 5th set @ 10 reps @ 20 lbs
c) Push ups @ 3 sets of 30 reps - variations: diamond, normal, wide
d) Walking lunges with bicep curls - 3 sets of 20 steps @ 16 lbs
e) Sit-ups @ 4 sets of 15 reps
